Refund & Replacement Policy

At Advice For Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. Every order is handled with care, and any concern is addressed with fairness and discretion.

Replacements

Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at aazeem.shopify@gmail.com (contact person: Ayman Ahmed). Clear photos and a short video showing the condition upon arrival may be requested to support your claim. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a replacement is not suitable or available, a refund may be offered. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping

All shipping costs related to defective or incorrect items are fully covered by Advice For Beauty.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
